All orders over $50.00 currently qualify for free USPS shipping within the U.S. including Hawaii and Alaska. NicStick reserves the right to change or adjust this policy at any time. If free shipping via USPS is selected we cannot offer any guarantee of delivery. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local United States Post Office. We also offer the following guaranteed UPS shipping options. Standard Overnight, 2 Day Air, and Ground. Guaranteed delivery is only available on orders shipped via UPS. Shipping options and costs will be displayed on the check out page for the shipping address provided.

Please Note: UPS can not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. Saturday delivery is not available via UPS. Orders received before 3:00 p.m. EST will ship the same business day.
If Free Shipping is selected delivery times are typically 5-7 business days with no guarantee. Packages can be tracked through Once your order is packed and is ready to ship, you will receive a notification via email which will include your order tracking number.

NicStick Replacement Policy & Limited Warranty Information

NicStick is an industry leader of electronic cigarettes with a strong commitment to total customer service satisfaction and product quality. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to NicStick. Please review the information below in its entirety, and contact our Customer Service at 888-707-3244 or if you have any questions so that we may promptly and affectively address your needs.
NicStick DOES NOT offer replacements or exchanges on cartridges, pre-filled cartomizers e-liquids and eGo Clear cartomizers.


NicStick warrants only to the original purchaser of any merchandise from our website: or, NicStick’s reseller locations, our approved Affiliate’s websites or any of our contracted promotional campagns and advertising. NicStick warrants that your E-cigarette or its parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal, non-heavy use for a limited time, depending on a specific NicStick model. This Warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by the following:

  1. Accident, physical abuse to, or misuse of the item or operation of the item in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instruction manual; or
  2. Modification, alteration, repair or service of the item by any persons or company other than NicStick; or
  3. Any use of the item other than that for which it was intended. Including, but not limited to, use of ANY non-NicStick products. The use of a NicStick battery or atomizer with another company’s batteries, atomizers, chargers, accessories, cartridges or E-liquids will automatically VOID the NicStick warranty.
  4. Buyer’s remorse

NicStick warranties differ for each specific model. Please continue to read this description in its entirety to determine which warranty applies to the product that you have.

If any NicStick item has NOT been purchased from our website: or, a proof of purchase will be required, such as an original receipt or a packing slip of your purchase. If you cannot provide a proof of purchase, you will be required to provide a reseller location, name and contact info. so the purchase can be verified by a NicStick customer service representative.

NicStick Starter Kit batteries and atomizers are only warrantied for 30 days from date of purchase. NicStick Classic Starter Kit batteries are designed to last approx. 30 re-charges for a non-heavy smoker. After the duration of the expected NicStick Classic Starter Kit lifetime, we recommend that you purchase one of our NicStick 300 time rechargeable units (Sirius “Deluxe” or NicStick “Elite”). Please contact our customer support representative for more details.

NicStick Freedom Kit batteries are warrantied for 30 days from date of purchase. Prefilled (disposable) Freedom Clearomizers and Refillable Freedom clearomizers are not warrantied and cannot be returned or exchanged.

NicStick “PRO” Series batteries which include any batteries of 650mah or higher (Excluding Freedom batteries) are warrantied for 300 re-charges (approx. 5-9 months) from date of purchase.

NicStick Ego Clearomizer, CE-4 is warrantied for 15 days from date of purchase. (Excludes any Freedom Refills).

NicStick Ego Clearomizers, such as: CE-5, 2.0, 3.0 and its replacement parts are warrantied for 30 days from date of purchase.

NicStick reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the amount of replacements per customer to a maximum of 3 replacements per year. Customer agrees to clean the unit based on NicStick recommended cleaning instructions that you can find in our FAQ section of the website, products manual instructions or from our customer service representative by calling: 1.888.707.3244 M-F from 9:30am-5:30pm EST. Use of non-NicStick brand of E-liquids, parts, such as batteries, clearomizers or accessories such as USB chargers, wall adapters or car chargers will VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

NicStick reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide customer with a product exchange (or upgrade), instead of a replacement, if NicStick determines it is more appropriate for the customer to exchange for a different model than originally purchased.

NicStick reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny any replacement request if NicStick has determined that the defect is NOT caused by material or workmanship under normal, non-heavy product use. The limited warranties, as described above, can be changed or revoked at any time by NicStick for any circumstance that creates a change.

Subject to the warranty description above, in the event that your NicStick E-cigarette fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow the following steps:

Call or email NicStick directly at 888-707-3244 or Provide the NicStick customer service representative with a detailed explanation of the problem you are experiencing with the E-cig and provide the specific model that you have. This information is necessary in order to process your replacement request. We will first troubleshoot the E-cig by providing you with the step-by-step instructions. If there is no success from troubleshooting, and customer has not exceeded the limit on replacements we will ship a replacement of either exact item or a most updated version of the item that will be compatible with the other components of your NicStick device. The replacement will be sent via USPS ground Post mail within 23-48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays). For your convenience, NicStick may include a prepaid label that will be included with your replacement. Customer must return the defective part or unit within 30 days of receipt of a replacement part from NicStick. If defective part or unit is not returned the customer will be responsible for the full retail price of the replacement part or unit received. It is the customer’s responsibility to package the item securely and mail to the following address:

Please ship and enclose the following: name, address, contact phone number, email and the defective item(s). Do not send back any of the non-Warrantied items such as used Freedom clearomizers, cartridges or E-liquids.
