All orders over $50.00 currently qualify for free USPS shipping within the U.S. including Hawaii and Alaska. NicStick reserves the right to change or adjust this policy at any time. If free shipping via USPS is selected we cannot offer any guarantee of delivery. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local United States Post Office. We also offer the following guaranteed UPS shipping options. Standard Overnight, 2 Day Air, and Ground. Guaranteed delivery is only available on orders shipped via UPS. Shipping options and costs will be displayed on the check out page for the shipping address provided.
Please Note: UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. Saturday delivery is not available via UPS. Orders received before 1:00 p.m. EST will ship the same business day.
If Free Shipping is selected delivery times are typically 5-7 business days with no guarantee. Packages can be tracked through www.USPS.com. Once your order is packed and is ready to ship, you will receive a notification via email which will include your order tracking number.
NicStick Replacement Policy & Limited Warranty Information
NicStick is an industry leader of electronic cigarettes with a strong commitment to total customer service satisfaction and product quality. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to NicStick. Please review the information below in its entirety, and contact our Customer Service at 888-707-3244 or email@example.com if you have any questions so that we may promptly and affectively address your needs.
NicStick DOES NOT offer returns, replacements or exchanges on cartridges, cartomizers, open E-liquids and usede Go Clear Atomizers.
NicStick warrants only to the original purchaser of any merchandise from our website: www.NicStickShop.com or NicStick.com, and NicStick’s reseller locations. NicStick warrants that your E-cig item will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a limited time, depending on the specific NicStick model. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by the following:
- Accident, physical abuse to, or misuse of the item or operation of the item in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instruction manual; or
- Modification, alteration, repair or service of the item by any persons or company other than NicStick; or
- Any use of the item other than that for which it was intended. Including, but not limited to, use of ANY non-NicStick product. The use of a NicStick battery or atomizer with another company’s batteries, atomizers, chargers, accessories, cartridges or e-liquids will automatically VOID the NicStick warranty.
NicStick warranties differ for each specific model. Please continue to read this description in its entirety to determine which warranty applies to the product that you have.
If any NicStick item has NOT been purchased from our website: www.NicStickShop.com or NicStick.com, then proof of purchase will be required. Please provide a copy of your original purchase receipt. If you cannot provide proof of purchase, then you will be required to provide the store name and location of where it was originally purchased so the purchase can be verified.
NicStick Starter Kit batteries and atomizers are only warrantied for 30 days. NicStick Classic Starter Kit’s are designed to last approx. 30 days with average use. After the duration of the expected NicStick Classic Starter Kit lifetime, we recommend that you purchase one of our NicStick 300 time rechargeable units (Sirius “Deluxe” or NicStick “Elite”). Please contact our customer support representative for more details.
NicStick “PRO” Series batteries for the following models: Sirius Deluxe, Cosmo, Titan Mods and eGo Kits are warrantied for 300 re-charges (approx. 9-12 months) from date of purchase.
NicStick Ego Clear Atomizers are warrantied for 30 days from date of purchase.
The NicStick Ego Clear Atomizer is designed to last for a maximum of 30 refills. After the duration of the expected NicStick Ego Clear Atomizer lifetime, we recommend that you purchase a replacement for the NicStick Ego Clear atomizer or a replacement eGo atomizer head once it stops producing vapor. Contact NicStick customer support for details at 1.888.707.3244.
NicStick reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the amount of replacements per customer to a maximum of three replacements per year. Customer agrees to clean the unit based on NicStick recommended instructions. Use of non-NicStick brand of E-liquids, parts or accessories such as USB chargers, wall adapters, etc. will VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
NicStick reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide customer with a product exchange (or upgrade), instead of replacement, if NicStick determines it is more appropriate for the customer to exchange for a different model than originally purchased.
NicStick reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny any replacement request if NicStick has determined that the defect is NOT caused by material or workmanship under normal use. The limited warranties, as described above, can be changed or revoked at any time by NicStick for any circumstance that creates a change.
Subject to the warranty description above, in the event that your NicStick E-cigarette fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow the following steps:
- Call or email NicStick directly at 888-707-3244 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the NicStick representative with a detailed explanation of the problem you are experiencing with the E-cig and provide the specific model that you have. This information is necessary in order to process your replacement request. We will troubleshoot the issue.
- If there is no success from troubleshooting the NicStick E-cig, we will ship you a replacement of the exact item or most updated version of the item that will be compatible with the other components of your NicStick device. The replacement will be sent via USPS Parcel Post mail within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). NicStick will include a prepaid label with your replacement. The customer must return the defective item within 30 business days using the pre-paid label included with your replacement. If NicStick does not receive the defective items within 30 days, the customer will be responsible for the full retail price of the replacement item(s) received.

Please enclose the following: name, address, contact phone number, email address, the defective item(s), and a detail explanation of the current problem . Once the defective item(s) have been received by NicStick, we ask that you allow 24-48 hours for processing and up to up to 10 business days for shipping via USPS ground. Please do not send back any used cartridges, cartomizers, or e-liquids.
